Le sens du service au client!! A notre arrivée l'eau chaude n'était pas activée et nous avons dû attendre 24h pour en disposer, ce après deux réclamations auprès de la réception. La direction n'a proposé aucune autre solution dans l'attente ni aucunesee more

La direction n'a proposé aucune autre solution dans l'attente ni aucune compensation par la suite. Nous précisons que la personne de la réception n'est pas en cause puisque ce Monsieur était très dévoué mais manifestement démuni en l'absence de réaction de sa direction!!
