With a capacity to accommodate 8 people, this warm cocoon in the middle of the mountains is perfect for combining comfort, nature, and fun. Get ready to put on your skis... or your slippers!

Living room: a cosy space with a comfortable sofa and television for your film evenings or raclette aperitif.

Terrace: ideal for having a coffee facing the mountains or a drink while admiring the sunset.

Kitchen: fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, crockery, cutlery, utensils, capsule coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle... and of course, the essential raclette AND fondue appliance. Savoy, we live it to the fullest!

Bathroom 1: adjoining the master bedroom, with shower - comfort and practicality in daily life.

Located in the Allée des Buffettes, in the peaceful Chambons district of Saint-Jean-d'Arves, the chalet offers an authentic setting in the heart of the valley, with a magnificent view of the peaks.
The ski slopes of Saint-Jean-d'Arves and the snow front of La Chal are located approximately 2 km away, about 5 minutes by car or free shuttle.
There, you will find ski lifts, the ESF ski school, as well as several shops, restaurants, and equipment rentals.
A little further, 7 km away, the resort of Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves perfectly complements your stay with a wide choice of slopes and activities.

Between nature, comfort and Savoyard authenticity, this chalet is the ideal starting point for enjoying the Sybelles ski area.
