- A cabin area with bunk beds (2x1 90x190)
- A mezzanine with 2 double beds (140x200) (access via a retractable hatch in the living room);
- Large balcony with garden view;
- Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, crockery and kitchen utensils;
- A shower room, and separate WC;
- The accommodation has board games, a clothes horse, a fan;
- The accommodation is equipped with blankets and pillows and a washing machine;
- The residence has a heated outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and ping-pong tables
- Private parking space No. 181.
