- Lounge: 1 double bed (140x200), non-convertible sofa
- Bathroom: shower, bathtub, towel rail, hair dryer, washing machine and separate toilet.
- Other equipment: WiFi, vacuum cleaner, duvets, blankets and pillows included.
- Exterior and parking: private external parking at the residence (non-designated and subject to availability), heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna
