This 30m² studio for 4 people, located on the 4th floor, consists of:
- Living room with a trundle sofa bed and a television
- Fully equipped kitchen: oven with stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen utensils
- Bunk bed area
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate toilet
- South-facing balcony
- The accommodation is equipped with duvets and pillows
- Free private outdoor parking subject to availability and not guaranteed
The "Côte Brune 5" residence is located close to the ski slopes, ski rental shops, and all amenities. It is also equipped with ski lockers and an elevator. There is parking available adjacent to the residence (limited and non-named spaces).
