- Terrace + private garden
- Equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, NESPRESSO pod coffee machine, filter coffee machine, BARBECUE, dishwasher and kitchen utensils);
- Bedroom 1: double beds (1x2 pers 140x190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (1x2 pers 160x200)
- Bedroom 3: Bunk bed for 3 people (90x190 + 140x190)
- 2 shower rooms, and independent toilets;
- The accommodation has a drying rack and air conditioning
- The accommodation is equipped with internet access (WIFI), blankets and pillows;
